The main objective of N. Asteriadis S.A. is to offer high technology, quality and reliability products, integrated solutions for the equipment of Analysis, Testing, Research & Development laboratories, as well as raw materials, materials and equipment to cover the production process in the Electronics and Electrical Industry.
It aims to fully satisfy the strict requirements for high quality, as shaped by customer requirements, legislation and the evolution of a rapidly developing market.
It is the policy of N. Asteriadis S.A. to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of the goods and services provided, through which it strives to satisfy the increasing demands of its customers, thus ensuring the achievement of its business objectives.
Understanding the requirements of its customers is the main concern of N. Asteriadis S.A. in order to ensure the satisfaction of their requests.
The high level of scientific and technical training of the staff of N. Asteriadis S.A., as well as their continuous training in new technological developments, the fair remuneration system applied by the company, the meritocratic climate and the pleasant working environment, guarantee the high sense of responsibility that the company’s human resources possess, resulting in the prompt, valid and quality service of its customers, as well as the courteous treatment of their every demand.

To ensure the above, N. Asteriadis S.A. applies a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the standards ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 13485:2016, EN ISO 14001:2015.
It also maintains a Test and Friction Laboratory that applies a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
To ensure customer satisfaction, the Laboratory has a specific customer satisfaction and complaint management procedure, which is summarized as follows:
Forwarding the complaint to the Laboratory Manager.
Investigation of causes and determination of actions by the Laboratory Manager.
The Laboratory Manager communicates with the customer.
