The FRITSCH placeALL® is the standardized platform for flexible, high-precise and cost-effective Pick & Place of electronic components in prototyping and the production of small and medium series. All types of machines have he same software for setting, adjustment and production. The own high depth of production enables a fast customized implement.
placeALL®515
The placeALL®515 is a modular Pick&Place system and especially useful to build prototypes and small series. It supports a large range of components (chips, FP-components and BGAs), so even the most complex tasks can be handled.
placeALL®615
The placeALL®615 has a modular structure like te placeALL®515 and can be used for the assembly of prototypes and small series.
placeALL®615L
The placeALL®615 L is built modular and has a larger placement area than the placeALL®615. The wide range of handled components from 01005 chips up to FP parts with 0.3 mm pitch and BGAs allows the flexible assembly of even complex Projects.
placeALL®610XL
The placeALL®610XL offers the largest assembly area of the series 610. Its dimensions of up to 1020 x 690 mm also enable the assembly of largest projects.

Manual Assembly
The modular constructed manual and semi-automatic assembling systems realize the whole process from dispensing of solder paste or glue up to pick & place the different chips, SO and FP components etc. The semi-automatic systems release the user from reading project or placing lists.
It shows the pickup and place positions and controls the processes. By this, a 100% assembling-safety is guaranteed. The intelligent software and a CAD-DATA converter enable a fast and error-free process.
Light Manipulator LM900
The LM900 is the smallest of the range to enable a low-cost starting. It is the basic system of our light-manipulator range and shows the essential of a manual pick & place station without contro nit and more options.
Light Manipulator LM901
The LM901 is the entry model of our modular-built systems. Besides the LM900 functionality, it can be extended with axis brakes, dispensers and optical support systems for component placing.
Light Manipulator LMinline
The LMinline is the useful combination of the proven LM901 manipulator and the inspection conveyor.
Multi-tasking assembly station MP904
The multi-tasking assembly station MP904 offers ergonomic comfort by dispensing and assembling of prototypes and medium series.
Semi-automatic Manipulator SM902
Our semi-automatic manipulator SM902 eliminates wrong placements and relieves the user as reading the assembly plan isn’t necessary anymore.
Semi-automatic Manipulator SM902professional
The SM902professional offers – besides 100% placement security and a great deal of comfort for the user – a higher assembly output than the other LM or SM systems. Unlike the SM902, the SM902professional can be equipped with motor-driven feeders with LEDs and an automatic dispensing system for glue or solder paste.

High precision dispensing
FRITSCH offers high precision dispensing systems for electronics production and customized solutions for various applications. The easy adapting of different dispensing valves enables an effcient and cost-effctive adjustment of the machines on every demand.
Dispensing machine dispenseALL 420
The dispensing machine dispenseALL is with up to 3 valves the univeral platform for dispensing. This enables the simultanous dispensing of different media in only one machine. In addition to a lot of serial options customized demands can be realized.

Dispensing manipulator LMdispense 901
The dispensing manipulator LMdipense offers by its integrated dispensing unit highest comfort when applying solder paste, glue, insulating and filling material. The LMdispense with the numerous options is an economic alternative to of the dispensing pens. There is the possibility to replace the serial pressure-time dispensing mechanism with te quasi-volumetric dispensing mechanism of MARTIN.

The manual stencil printing system printALL005 offers high printing quality and simplest handling. The minimal set-up times make the manual stencil printer suitable especially for the prodction of prototypes and small series.
Semi-automatic stencil printer printALL210
The FRITSCH modulare-built semi-automatic stencil printer help the user by defined squeegee pressure at daily work. The requirements of today causes the construction and the stencil printer are optimally qualified for the production of prototypes up to medium series.
Semi-automatic stencil printer printALL210L
The semi-automatic stencil Printer printALL210L is the continuation of the printALL210. Both systems are identic in solid construction and easy operation. This is the base of a clean and reproducable stencil printing and makes the handling of fine structurs possible without any problems. The intake of PCBs with a size of up to 600 x 430 mm are possible at the printALL210L.
Semi-automatic stencil printer printALL210XL
The semi-automatic stenil printer printALL210XL is the largest of the range. It was espcially constructed for the handling of oversized PCBs. FRITSCH argues about a maximum PCB size up to 1240 x 600 mm. Conditioned by the size the integration of a vacuum table is possible and a safe and smooth intake of PCBs and foils is guaranted.

Distortion free Soldering
FRITSCH offers various solder Systems to complete the range of products. There are the adequate ovens for every task like prototyping or series production.
The Systems can be used as stand-alone or connected with pick & place or dispensing machines.
Batch-Solder Systems
The reflow-soldering of SMD assembled components and the curing process are easy and economic by the use of the Batch-Oven.
The compact size and extremely good value of the Convection Reflow Soldering System makes Surface Mount Reflowing viable even for very small batch sizes.
Reflow Solder Systems
Different stand-alone and inline reflow soldering systems with approved glide-zone heat chamber systems are available for lead-free or leaded soldering or for the curing of glue.
Outlines of boards or components can be easily measured and analyzed using the integrated thermal sensor.
Several multi-channel measuring instruments are also available.

As a manufacturer of pick & place and assembly systems, we have been specialising in the development, production and sales of highly precise automation solutions for more than 40 years. Standardised production platforms enable the low-cost and also fast implementation of customer-specific applications.
All platforms have the same software basis for installing, adapting and producing. Production programmes that have once been set up can easily be copied to other production cells. The scaling of production capacities by way of further cells is thus extremely simple.
